Ennead was contracted to establish Configuration Management processes and a Technical Information Management Centre for the Turbine Generator Services division.
Ennead has also been contracted to establish, implement and maintain OEM data and documentation on behalf of ERI for the Eskom capacitation project

Additional power stations are being built on a massive scale in South Africa. Ennead Consulting was involved in three of these projects namely Kusile, Medupi and Ingula. Our involvement ranged from plant codification to establishing configuration management and information management systems.
Eskom Return-to-Service Projects
Back, stronger than ever
These projects consisted of the return to service of three previously “mothballed” plants after a period of around 20 years in long-term storage. Ennead Consulting got involved in 2003 with the three RTS projects to various degrees; from process establishment and maintenance to plant coding and labelling as well as document handover process reviews.
